The Embassy of Finland in Belgrade is looking for a qualified cook/housekeeper for the Residence of the Ambassador for a permanent position as of July 2017.
The duties of the cook/housekeeper include:
- Organizing official functions such as lunches, dinners and receptions
- Planning menus, calculating costs and purchasing ingredients and food supplies
- Maintaining financial records of expenses incurred for the functions and events
- Helping in the maintenance of the Embassy premises (Residence of the Ambassador and Chancellery building)
- Assisting as Chauffeur
- Other tasks issued by the Head of the Mission
Qualifications required for the job include:
- Relevant education and several years of working experience
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Driver’s license
- A sufficient command of English language
- Good interpersonal skills and flexibility
