- Handles customer requests
- Provides all necessary information to our guests
- Provides excellent customer service to our guests
MINIMUM CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High school degree
- Active knowledge of English language
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem solving ability
- Computer literacy
- Amadeus reservation system knowledge will be considered as an advantage
