JOB SCOPE

  • Handles on line booking
  • Handles customer requests
  • Provides all necessary information to our guests
  • Provides excellent customer service to our guests

MINIMUM CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school degree
  • Active knowledge of  English language
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving ability
  • Computer literacy
  • Amadeus reservation system knowledge will be considered as an advantage
